At Stoles®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
